Odin Modern Solutions is software for small local businesses that fix, service and maintain things — a garage, a marine yard, an equipment shop. Customers, the machines you work on, what is booked in, what was invoiced, and what it cost you. One place, one login, no spreadsheets passed around by email.

Each business gets its own private workspace. Your records are yours: they are separated in the database itself, not by a filter somebody could forget to apply.

Every account includes

Invoicing: Invoices, line items, payments, PDF and email. Works on its own — no industry module required.
Customer management: The people a business works for, searchable, with their history.

Invoicing works on its own. No industry add-on is required to raise an invoice, and switching one off never touches an invoice you have already sent.

Add what your trade needs

Vehicles: Cars and trucks against a customer, with plate, VIN and mileage. Attachable to an invoice.
Marine equipment: Vessels against a customer, identified by hull number and measured in engine hours.
Equipment management: Serialised equipment against a customer, measured in running hours.
Booking and appointments: A schedule of appointments against a customer, with the services a business offers. Invoicing does not need it.

You can have any combination of these — a yard that services both boats and trailers is not asked to choose. Each one can also keep the extra details your business records, such as a warranty date or a condition, without us writing code for it.

How you get started

1. Tell us about the business — what you do, and what you keep track of today.
2. We set the account up and email you an invitation link. You pick your own password; we never set one for you and never see it.
3. You invite the rest of your team, and decide what each person can do.

Straight answers

Can another business see my data?: No. Separation is enforced by the database on every single read and write, and it is the part of this that gets tested hardest.
Who can see my records?: The people you invite, with the role you give them. Odin’s own administrators manage accounts — which business exists, who owns it, which add-ons it has — and are not members of your workspace.
What does it cost?: Ask us. Pricing is agreed directly at this stage rather than listed, and there is no card to enter on this site.
Can I take my data out?: Yes. Invoices download as PDFs today; ask for anything else and we will export it for you.
